HOW LONG DO I ACCLIMATE MY NEW FISH?
Generally, 30 minutes is sufficient. However, there are other methods, depending on the types of fish you have.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SETTING UP A NEW AQUARIUM?
There are many different schools of thought on setting up a new aquarium; however, the conditions need to be sufficient to sustain your fish.
HOW OFTEN DO I FEED MY FISH?
No more than once a day - whatever they can consume in a couple of minutes. If you see excessive food on the bottom of the tank, you may be feeding them too much, so cut back and remove all the excess food.

Assuming you have a normally stocked aquarium and are feeding the proper amount of food, a good average would be changing 25% of the water once a month. If you are having water chemistry or biological problems, we can test your water for free.
